The food was incredible. I got the fish and chips and it was so crispy and flaky with good flavor. The fries were also delicious, they had that flakiness and crisp as well. The drinks were also amazing, not overly sweet but with good flavor options. The Mac n cheese balls were also amazing. They aren’t huge but they do have good flavor. We sat outside because it felt great. The outside seating was peaceful and cute. We would definitely come back. Parking wasn’t extensive so I could see how if it got busy it’d be difficult to find a spot
The new sign they put up caught my attention, so I stopped in the check it out. Michael behind the bar is awesome! The food selection is good. I got the Cuban (pics included). It is one of the best Cubans I have had outside of South Florida. I have actually been back a couple times now and each time was enjoyable. The wings and the pan seared Salmon are delicious. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this spot!
We had Kenyan for our server and she was incredible! We arrived close to shift-change but before she left she made sure we had everything we needed, and then we had Mandy as our server, who was just as great.
First, shout out to Cameron, who was a phenomenal server for us that evening. He was very helpful and made sure our food service needs were met. The food was flavorful and interesting, pairing week with the drink suggestions. The atmosphere was great; there were many families attending and moved on to a different crowd as the night progressed. It is a well known spot and if you have not visited, make it a point to do so!
Walked in for a quick lunch after our son’s futsal matches. From start to finish, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Ordered the Poutine and the Pesto Chicken, both of which were devoured in short order. Will definitely be back.
Were in the area and popped in, knowing nothing about it. The poutine appetizer was top notch. Fish & chips were HUGE. Great lamb chops. Would definitely go again.
I had a great day date at this restaurant today. They gave me great portions of food.I was very impressed and I said, I will definitely have to come back another day.
We really enjoyed our time here. Joseph was a wonderful server- very attentive and friendly. Very kid friendly vibes in there and my picky eating niece and nephew absolutely loved the food. The French toast and omelette on special were both very good. Definitely recommend the deviled eggs as well- super simple but were made fresh and delicious. The crispy cauliflower was also so good and fresh. my sister and I both had a loaded baked potato- large enough to be a meal. We shared Brussels sprouts on the side. Definitely a place worth checking out!
I’m on a quest for good fish and chips. Knowing I’m breaking my diet, I wanted something really good that would be worth it, so I decided to try the Wheelhouse. Boy, did I choose right! The place is great! The fish and chips were awesomely delicious. The fries were crispy and tender. The fish was perfectly battered and huge. I really enjoyed it. Gabbi was my waitress. She was wonderful and attentive. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend. My bill with fish and chips, Guinness draft, and tip was just over $30 for one
I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The service was amiable. The atmosphere was cozy. The food was divine. From the fried cauliflower bites, to the poutine that blew my socks off. The dessert and drinks topped it off. I couldn't have walked away with a better experience. I highly recommend this place. It's one of those hidden gems.
